I mean these prices
are absurdly low!
Less than 10k miles for less than $25k!!
Vsport! $30k with less than 30k miles!
So you can find similar BMW 5 series or MB E-classes but the mileage is crazy high, plus you’ll be paying out the nose in maintenance and service. Cadillacs aren’t perfect but they’re not crazy money pits.
Can anyone give any downsides to these? I’m seriously asking because I can’t think of a reason not to get one of these for my next car. 2.0 turbo and AWD are all I’m really looking for (and I’m not smitten with the AWD).
Plus you know, they come in purple!

My dad actually just picked one up. 2016 with 14k miles, over 20k off sticker. These are some of the best values on the used car market. The sales manager (who was insanely honest with us because I’m in the biz and knew my shit) said a reason for this is because a ton of gm employee cars and some rentals are flooding the market. I highly recommend a 2016 over a 14 or 15 because of the updated styling and slightly improved cue. All 2016s have an available update which adds Android auto and Apple car play to cue.

Used American luxury sedans are great values. More depreciation than German car, but significantly more reliable (or at least much cheaper to maintain).
I’ll be looking for a new car in about 3 years. Used Continentals are high on my list. MKZs are similarly depreciated as the CTS, but I want something a bit bigger.

Ah, that makes it a tough decision. Only the 14 and 15's come in purple but the Android auto would be nice to have

I’m pretty sure the 16 does as well. My local dealer had a 16 with less than 10k miles on it for like 32 but it was purple and had accident history.

I currently lease one. 3.6 performance package with the seat and cluster package. Best car I’ve ever driven. So rewarding and very symbiotic. Can’t recommend highly enough

You can get a 2011 CTS-V for around the same $30k, just putting out there. The whine of the supercharger can be addicting I’ve heard.
What year LS460 would your budget allow?

The LS class is a little large for my taste and I’m not one for a lot of power. I like a car with adequate power but a supremely balanced experience.
I’m the guy that would prefer a base Boxster to the Corvette lol.

I don’t see Manuel and brown... or his friend wagon. Too bad cuz they look good if only GM would update the window/steering wheel buttons (cheap as hell looking drives me nuts) and font/gauge clusters... ugh get with it already!

These things (the VSport) are so high on my list of “possible next cars” that it’s ridiculous. Almost as ridiculous as that depreciation. There is no reason it shouldn’t be on yours, too.
