The cruiser warms up in a heartbeat (hooray inefficient engines) but I felt glad my wife’s tdi had a little head start this morning. My neighbors outside cx5 really struggled to turn over for the carpool this morning

And I thought my teens-twenties were bad... Although, I the cold here is less bearable than the cold up there. It’s like we have humidity even when below freezing.

Is unusually humid too...and it feels it. Though I know what you mean about a humid cold. Coldest I remember being was in ft worth for the winter on foot

It was cold this morning for Austin (29º), but my wife’s Civic only gets warm inside when it’s driving at higher revs. Idling in the driveway does nothing. Her butt is glad that it has heated seats, though.

Usually UT has that super low humidity cold. It’s cold, but it just doesn’t feel as cold. It’s why you get that awesome light, fluffy, powder snow (real powder, the finest and driest stuff I’ve ever experienced, not that crap people in other places call “powder”).
It looks like 6 degrees and 66% humidity where my parents live, which must be absolutely brutal.
We’re at 22 degrees with 75% humidity...

I woke up to -3 outside, and 11 in the garage. After being outside all day at work though my car’s gonna hate life again.
