I just recently read Torch’s article about the DMG-VW Toro , and curiously I asked the local vintage car community if they are or have been in the presence of this obscure model. Surprisingly, someone replied.

These photos were taken last month, on the Volkswagen Car Club of the Philippines 31st car show. That’s all I know.
