Osteopathic medicine. Only got one interview and the second interviewer was a solid car guy who autocrossed and, well, you know the rest (first interviewer loved me too).
It’s around 500 something miles away. Probably going to keep my current e90 328xi on campus as it’s been solid thus far and is more reliable than the turbo BMW -35i models. If I decide to get something more practical, most likely it would be a 2017 Civic Hatch, preferably in manual.

Sounds like a solid plan with the x drive E90 — personally made it through also with a hand-me-down BMW. Did the maintenance in the apartment driveway; luckily nothing $$ broke during those years. Coincidentally the drive to/from school to home was 489 miles each way

Awesome! Fellow opponaut in the same field! I’m not much of a DIYer, I’d probably have to rely on local shops. Going to do a huge tuneup before I go. I’d be staying at campus apartments, so I’d be walking to class. But yeah, last thing I want is a broken water pump on the way to something important.

New MCAT is hell in terms of the work you put in. I took it for my second MCAT attempt (first one was the old one). My advice to you is keep tabs on new school openings around the country, because it’s very competitive as it is.

Yeah I am going to take the shotgun approach and apply to every school. I am 100% flexible on location which hopefully will get me in on the first round of applications. Good luck on med school. My brother is going through the DO program at Michigan State.
