Wife and I are leaving in a couple hours and heading to Nashville. We’re staying there for the night and going to Lane Motor Museum on Saturday before heading over to Knoxville to pick up our new dog.
It’s gonna be a long trip (we’re coming back Saturday night) but it will be nice to get out of here for a couple of days. We’re both looking for to Lane since she’s never been. Expect pictures of the museum and new doggy next week!
Update: So it is snowing in Nashville right now. Looks like we may run into some freezing rain/sleet on the way up. Nothing I haven’t seen before, but still going to be interesting. I’ll update once we get there to confirm we made it. I know for some of you 1-3 inches is nothing, but it is for us southerners, so definitely going to be careful!

Haha yeah. We drove to Missouri last year to get our Bassett Bound. He has been great. This one is a Bassett Beagle mix. We’re adopting it through an organization called Belly Rubs. They help find homes for pets that have been neglected/abused. It’s for a good cause so it’s worth it.

New dog yea! I just moved to LA for a few months and my roommate has two very well behaved dogs, which is great because I can enjoy all the benefits of dog ownership without actually being responsible for it :)
