And the seller says insurance is only $200/year... no way that is true for full coverage insurance in Ontario unless they have it registered as a farm vehicle.

Also, “has only seen one winter in 1989" but is posted in winter, with pictures clearly showing it in a winter that was definitely not taken in 1989.
Though maybe it was driven in the winter of 88-89 and not of 89-90, therefore making the statement “only seen one winter in 1989" correct. Perhaps.

I love it that so many photos of cars are so fresh after a wash that hoses, buckets, and wet driveways are in the photo. What’s the hurry, is there a dust storm coming in, and this was the only change you have to take photos?

You are correct: When if comes to J-bodies, boxy was better than swoopy, coupe is better than sedan, Chevy > Buick > Pontiac > Cadillac > Olds, Z24 is better than base model, so this checks all the right boxes. Although frankly, I feel pretty awful saying anything positive about a J-body.

The water on the paint makes it shiny and glossy, if they let the water dry then you’ll really see how dull and faded the paint is. Usually that can be solved with a good polish/buff, but that’s so much more work compared to a wash.
