I’ll be hauling my family to Detroit to go to the NAIAS on Sat the 22nd!!!! This is my second time to Detroit and my first time at the Detroit auto show. Is there a good place to get discount tickets? How about tips for parking? What are some kick-ass reasonable priced must-eat restaurants?
By family, I mean two families, 4 adults and six kids ages 16, 14, 11, 6, 4, 2.

Cobo has a parking garage right next to it. Last time I was there it was 20$ I think. It can fill up pretty quick, but there are lots of garages around the area.
If you like coneys Lafayette Coney/American Coney are like a 15min walk.
You could take the people mover to greektown too. Lots of little restaurants over there.
