I think the summing equation would be something like this:
Intrinsic value of trailer frame + intrinsic value of wheels/hubs/tires +value of fiberglass cap + utility of existing box - (Difficulty of recovery{rate}* hours to recover) -(risk of tetanus or serious disease or injury * medical costs) - tree debris disposal {rate} * hours) - necessary expenses for lights/legality (unknown) - probable tire or other fixing to even use as a basic trailer - property impact/eyesore problem.
Let’s say $150 + $50 + $150 - .5*$20 -(.02 *$1500)- 1*$20 - $80 - $160 - eyesore.
That leaves us at ~$50 - eyesore. If it’s worth $50 to you to have it in the backyard or for something, go for it. If its ugliness and nastiness is worth >$50 to avoid (probable), then no.

I thought your analysis was very clever, but this being Oppo, I felt inclined to keep it Oppo. I gave the thing more than a passing glance myself. If I had some sort of storage yard, I’d probably drag it away. Thing is, it’s probably very heavy for its practical hauling capacity.
