Yeah, for once. She really didn’t hit me hard at all but when the conversation started like that I went from concerned to furious in a heartbeat.
I at least got to end our argument with a tire squeal and exhaust roar. She (surprisingly?) didn’t notice the light turn until then.

I really didn’t. The argument continued, excuse after excuse on her side and I swore more than I liked. She nearly bumped me again after we got back in our cars - I don’t think she knows the scale of her vehicle and she’s one of those folks who rolls right up to the car ahead at lights.
