I’ve remember staying at Kirkwood, then later near Donner summit and there being 10-15 feet of snow on the ground. When it snows in the Sierra’s it really snows. I think we currently have about 20" in the yard.

Yeah we had 24" last night at the house. Still coming down hard now...should be another 1-2feet before it stops. Snow fall for the year at the house is already over 120". Luckily we are south facing so it melts.

This is why I typically come out in the summer. It’s so pretty in May-September. I plan on coming out this year, as I couldn’t come out in 2016.
