Since it’s time for tires, and 2 different pairs tell me what to know.

It has Kelly Charge GT which got the puncture (0114), and westlake radial SP06 (4912).

I’d guess the tires never got rotated as when I did the ‘12 tires are now up front.

Was suggested Goodyear Assurance with alignment out the door for $756.56 from local shop I usually use.

Michelins are hard to beat if you can swing it. They’ll go 80-100k miles

I had great results with Cooper Response Touring tires on the family minivan.

Pilot Supersports being closer to 80 and Latitudes are closer to 100k, that’s quite a range.

Need more info.

What is your tire size?

I’m assuming since we’re talking a minivan that the main priorities are a comfy ride and long tread life for a good price, but do you live somewhere with actual winter?

Cooper CS5 Touring or Kelly Edge A/S (replaced the Charger GT) if you’re looking for basic tires.

Michelins if you can spend a little more to get a longer lasting decent-all-around tire.

Just put a set of Firestone FR710's on my company van (08 Grand Caravan) and for the price they’re okay, but I literally got the cheapest thing that was available the next day.

My grandfather just put new tires on his 2014 Grand Caravan (he bought it new with Yokohama Avid Touring) the van now has about 36k on it.

His local tire shop sold him a set of Michelin Premier A/S with a 90k millage warranty, I believe he said it was about $550 out the door.

Took me a second to get that one but finally it dawned on me.

I only have experience with their SUV tires but I would imagine a track tire has a very short tread life by default :)

I’ve been using Goodyear Eagle LS2 tires on my 2013 Ram C/V vans and have been happy with them.

I have the CS4s on my wife’s Versa and they’re great.

Get the Premier A/S instead of the Assurance.

General Altimax RT-43's are a great tire at a cheap price. I’ve put them on two cars now.

230/60/16 (I think)

St. Louis so, if we get snow it’s gone off the roads in a week, if it snows my wife won’t go out in it. She spun the equinox on the highway and a semi was coming towards her and changed lanes to avoid.

So basicly a decent all around tire.

Well, there’s no such thing as a 230 anything tire. 235, sure. The potential sizes for a 2012 Grand Caravan are 225/65-16, 235/60-16, and 225/65-17. So I’m going to guess based on what you said that it’s 235/60-16.

In that size, I’d take a long look at the General Altimax RT43. From all my research it seems to be a solid choice for “good old regular tires” that happen to last long and provide above-average winter grip as needed. I almost bought a set for my wife’s 2016 Impreza but couldn’t get them locally (ended up with BFGoodrich g-Force Comp-2 A/S which is more performance-oriented but she puts such low miles on her car that we could make the tread life tradeoff). I also steered my dad towards them for his 2007 Saab 9-3 Aero.
