Went for some fresh(ish) air outside of work on my break, came across this... thing. The photo is bad because I didn’t feel like making it obvious I was taking a picture of it. Also I was playing pokemon go.

I see ones with questionable mods often, but this is the first with the “wood” panelling. Most of them are just covered in fake chrome.

Believe it or not, that paneling may actually BE from the factory. Although there are after market versions too, because who wouldn’t want that?

Its possible they bought it in the UK. They sold the Dodge Avenger here, maybe they sold the Sebring too. There are also lots of independent importers bringin over american stuff. Things youd expect like camaros, but also less expected stuff like the Ford Flex and Ford Fusions (the one before they made it the same as our mondeo).

Yeah but I’ve driven both the E36 and the PT Cruiser.
The E36 is a blast to drive, and you can’t really appreciate how bad the PT is until you drive it.

Speaking of ugly PT Cruisers, my Pokemon Go has been crashing on start up a lot lately since the Christmas update. I either get to a white screen with no player or pokeball... or a blank map with player, but cannot move or press any button.

I just had it happen ~10 times in a row. No clearing of the cache or re-logging or restarting phone or turning off GPS seems to help. Guess I won’t play today.
And by play I mean let the GPS bounce me around at work to hatch eggs without moving.

I’ve always had issues. May be due to the cheaper phone (it doesn’t even have a sensor in it for the AR mode to work), or the network (always losing GPS signal, or bouncing me around).
It wouldn’t be so much of an issue if the game would stay running... I have to constantly re-launch it because if I switch to another app, 50% of the time when I switch back the game will either have shut off, or re-start on its own. Not sure if thats a phone or app issue.
