Never played Red Dead Redemption but always wanted to, as a fan of the GTA franchise (its literally GTA with horses in 1911) and with the new one coming out I asked for and got it for Xmas. Popped it in and played 4 hours.

I somehow got 20 hours into FFXV across the last 3 day weekend. They let you customize the in game car and you spend hours traveling across the world looking at all the cool customizations you’ve done to it while listening to badass rock music...
...then those shitbag imperials take the car away. I’m legit pissed about that. You don’t fuck with another man’s car. That’s dirty pool. I better be able to kill that purple-headed fuck before the game ends.
Edit: It’s also noteworthy that the only worthwhile western style game to come out after RDR is RDR 2. The first one was so good, it made it impossible to make an open world western game without standing in it’s shadow. Damn.
