!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
I made fancified finger foods for NYE, including guacamole, stuffed mushrooms, and two kinds of crostini: honey goat cheese/prosciutto/date/basil & fresh mozzarella/sun dried tomato/basil. And...I didn’t take pictures. But this morning I had a little time on my hands so I caramelized onions for breakfast.

Mrs. O.C. says that I only like onions that I cannot see. In many cases, that’s true. But these look good and probably taste better.
