Prostitution is legal. Not sure if that means all our Euro Disco stars would have been prostitutes though. Vanessa got really rich by divorcing her men btw. She was in both the Dutch Penthouse and Playboy. She even ended up in a comedy with André van Duin. Showing off her main assets of course.

Yeah, she’s not the same Jamie Lee any more. She’s pretty amusing on this show, Scream Queens , that’s on. It’s complete nonsense, but Jamie Lee makes it entertaining.

Oh, we’ve liked laughing at cross dressers for ages. Milton Berle used to get people howling just by putting on a dress on t.v. in the 50's. Men being funny in women’s clothes goes all the way back to the Greeks, I think. And, Tom Hanks and the other guy weren’t homos, so it was okay. They did it so they could infiltrate an all women apartment building which is creepy, but the acceptable kind of creepy.

I never watched Will & Grace , but on Three’s Company , John Ritter had to pretend to be gay so he could share an apartment with two women he wasn’t married to. They kind of abandoned that aspect after the first season, but there are a lot of gay jokes. Yeah, the movie Soul Man had a kid wear blackface to get a scholarship. It was a hit, too. No one realized how offensive that is. Rae Dawn Chong even forgives him at the end.
Leather jacket and shorts. I like it. Very rebellious. I don’t think Fonzie ever wore short pants, though.

Three’s Company was a remake of BBC’s Man about the house , right? We had a remake as well, Sam Sam . Problem was only our remake was 2 decades later. Humor does change. Then again: Still a decent hit with about 10 seasons.
I just finished Broadchurch S02. It was great. I loved it. Better than S01!

I definitely have to catch up then. Thanks for warning me. Bones is keeping me busy. They’re giving a couple of the actors a chance to direct some episodes since it’s the final season, but they don’t really know what they’re doing so we’re kind of behind on the last few episodes. I asked Emily to let me be an extra in a scene, but I might not be able to now because I’m too busy. So, there goes my acting career.
