Hello all!
I’m new to the blogging world, but no stranger to the world of cars. I own a small dealership and have bought, sold, worked on and driven hundreds of cars and as an enthusiast would like to document some of the cool, neat, weird, hilarious and “what the hell” stuff that I see on a daily basis. If this sort of thing interests you, please follow my posts. I will try my best to post new content whenever possible!
I’ll start off with a cool car I picked up the other day - the king of the cats if you will - a 2007 Jaguar XJ Super V8. Its an extended length XJ in Vanden Plas trim (lambswool floormats, inlays in the wood trim, rear reclining seats, fold down wood trays, rear DVD player with screens in headrests) and the supercharged 390 horsepower engine from the XJR. It really is the best of the XJ’s of that era, and with an MSRP of over $90k new, it is also a king of depreciation -I picked it up at the auction in the low teens and a nice example can be had for well under $20k. Less than 1000 of these made its extremely rare too so you won’t find too many of them on the road. I think they are beautiful and timeless - what do you think of this era big body Jag?
