Basically enough to cover material + envelope + postage. As you can see, I have forward and reverse (for inside of a window). I can make other colors, but you might have to wait a day or two extra for me to cut them.
Standard size is 4.5" wide, but I can make pretty much any size you need.

So the short answer is yes, but the long answer is that it really won’t turn out well with three colors of cut vinyl in small pieces. Combining that with what it would take for me to lay it up and align it, it’s probably cheaper/better just to grab a printed one rather than a cut one.

Solid colors, pretty much. It’s much tougher to do multiple colors with cut vinyl, because each color is cut from a single sheet of vinyl. Any bit that’s multiple colors means laying them down perfectly on top of each other. It’s a bit tedious.

I keep a stock of orange ones pre-cut, and right now I’ve got a fair amount of black and white and a lot of oddball scrap. Usually when I cut something for a friend, I ask them to pay for the roll and do the work for free. They pay less than they would anywhere else, and I get a bunch of spare material for my time.
Anyway, here’s a color chart. I can cut anything you can find, it doesn’t have to be Oracal 651. That’s just what I typically use because it’s a good balance of quality, price, and selection.

I can make anything vinyl cut, sure. Basically that means no gradients, 2-3 colors max...

Odd question - was the stamp still attached to your envelope? I learned that the adhesive on that pack of stamps lasts like, a day... my postman told me to glue them on in the future. Just curious if it made it the whole way!
